1. General Provisions

1.1 Agreement

2. Account Rules

You may only register one account. Multiple accounts per person, household, IP address, or device are strictly prohibited.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. You must notify Bodog immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. For security purposes, we recommend regularly changing your password.

2.4 Account Verification

Bodog may require verification of your identity, age, and residence before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Verification may require submission of:

2.5 Account Closure

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Bitcoin and other supported cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum)

Available payment methods may vary based on your location within Canada.

3.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction:

Credit Cards: $20 minimum, $1,000 maximum per transaction
Interac e-Transfer: $20 minimum, $5,000 maximum per transaction
Cryptocurrencies: $10 equivalent minimum, $5,000 equivalent maximum per transaction

Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may also apply and can be viewed in the cashier section.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Minimum withdrawal: $20 for all methods
Maximum withdrawal: $3,000 per transaction for fiat currencies, $5,000 equivalent for cryptocurrencies
Weekly maximum: $9,500 or equivalent
Monthly maximum: $25,000 or equivalent

Higher limits may be available for VIP players at Bodog’s discretion.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

Bank transfers: 5-7 business days

All withdrawals are subject to security verification, which may extend processing time.

3.5 Withdrawal Fees

Your first withdrawal each month is processed without fees. Additional withdrawals may incur the following fees:

Bank transfer: $50 per transaction
Cryptocurrencies: No fee

3.6 Verification Requirements

All withdrawals are subject to account verification. Bodog reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal. Withdrawal to a payment method must be preceded by at least one deposit using the same method where applicable.

4. Bonus Terms and Conditions

4.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses are subject to the following general rules:

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only
Only one bonus may be active at any time
Only one bonus per person, household, IP address, or shared computer
Bodog reserves the right to revoke bonuses and associated winnings for any violation of terms

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal:

Casino bonuses: 25x the bonus amount
Sports bonuses: 5x the bonus amount
Poker bonuses: Released in increments based on Reward Points earned

Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements:

Slots: 100%
Table games: 20%
Video poker: 10%
Live dealer games: 10%
Sports bets (odds 1.5 or higher): 100%

4.3 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

While a bonus is active, the maximum allowed bet is $10 per spin/hand or equivalent. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

4.4 Bonus Expiration

Unless otherwise specified, bonuses expire 30 days after issuance. Any unused portion of a bonus and unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon expiration.

4.5 Abuse Prevention

Bodog reserves the right to withhold bonuses or winnings if patterns of abuse are detected, including but not limited to:

Minimal risk betting strategies
Using bonuses solely to progress through the rewards program
Coordinated betting among multiple accounts
Any strategy deemed to unfairly exploit bonus offers

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Availability

Bodog offers various casino games, sports betting, poker, and other gaming products. Game availability may vary based on your location within Canada. Bodog reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games at any time.

In no event shall Bodog’s total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have deposited in your account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10.2 Severability
